// About this Newsroom
Austria Newsroom is the first live regional edition of newsX. It is designed to demonstrate a different model for journalism: one where good reporting creates a positive feedback loop, editorial is accountable through named bylines, PR and advertising are clearly separated from journalism, and the value created by news stays inside the community instead of being extracted by owners, shareholders, or inflated executive structures.
Quality rewarded
Good reporting and useful contribution create visible value in the system.
Editorial by byline
Every piece of real journalism stands behind a named reporter.
PR kept separate
Advertising, PR, and source material have their place — but not disguised as editorial.
